How can I find the best loan option in order to refinance our home?

We put an addition on our house through a personal loan of a family member and want to refinance to pay off the loan. I’m doing a no-doc, or States concerned with the type of loan.

  1. Call Citibank, American Bank, Standard Chartered Bank and other bank executives and ask them to detail and the reason for giving them the best option for refinancing loans.

  2. N. doc loans are fine, but try instead of an apartment, a home equity line of credit loan. This way you have the money, when you need it.
